Guest Services Agent

Description:

The job holder will be responsible to ensure that all guests are offered the highest level of hospitality during their travel experience at Abu Dhabi Airport ensuring company standards / rules are maintained with regards to the handling of guests, grooming procedures and time keeping. Liaise with Special Services Officer and assist the team with STPC (96-Hour visa / Immigration / Transport) services and directing guests to arrivals desk. Key responsibilities include: The responsibilities will also include co-coordinating and supervising the Ground Handling Agent – ADAS to ensure that efficient pre-flight editing, guest and baggage check-in procedures are properly taken care of. Ensure timely boarding of all Diamond / Pearl / VIP / CIP guests and supervise completion of boarding and provide maximum attention and care to guests with special requests, delayed flights and denied boarding situations.

Qualifications:

Educated up to O-level / IB / GCSE (General Certificate in Secondary Education).

Experience:

Minimum 1 year or more in related field, or hospitality industry. Training: Passenger Handling / Basic DGR / Passport Fraud Detection. Knowledge: Basic knowledge of DCS (Departure Control System), departure and arrival procedures as well as basic reservations i.e. to retrieve PNR, add comments and confirm reservations
