Description
Minimum Educational qualification: Graduates (including candidates who have appeared for their final year exams and awaiting results)
Essential requirement: : Excellent Communication skills – the job involves extensive communication with customers/passengers at the airport for booking, reservations, ticketing and handling customer, complaint handling. Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment is essential. This is a 24x 7 environment and requires working in shifts, including night shift. Fluency in English and Hindi is an essential criterion.
