As a Centre Managers we will look forward to you as an individual who can create value, successfully manage and constantly provide a better experience for your customers. The focus would be on two basic requirements. The first would be to create a successful marketing strategy that will enable you to selling the training and educational products and concepts that TCA has. The second will be to create a sense of responsibility and ownership amongst the staff at your centre.
He /She will be responsible for overall Centre operations, turnover towards targets, team management, service standards and overall customer satisfaction. This should be done with a view towards contributing to the company’s long term goals and yearly financial targets.
