We are now seeking several Food and Beverage Managers to direct its in-flight operations for the business and first class. This position is based in Middle East.
You will manage all aspects of food and service presentation to in-flight guests. You are a key member of the on board service team who will manage all Food and Beverage activities with the ability to plan and implement food delivery and service standards during the flight. Some of the key attributes are:
* Degree or Diploma qualified in hospitality.
* Minimum of 5-8 years in 5 star hotels as Assistant Food and Beverage, Executive Chef or Restaurant Manager.
* Excellent understanding food serving standards and staffing levels.
* Highly tuned communications skills.
* Proven track in food and beverage in leading resorts.
* Fluency in English.
The ideal profile will demonstrate a proactive approach and strive to maintain superior client relations and promote attention to food service and presentation. Rounding off the successful candidate, you will be self-motivated, client focused with the inter-personal skills to operate across all levels and functions of the organisation, especially with guests external parties.
