* Responsible to oversee Guest Service training unit, maintain quality of training content and delivery and undertake continuous improvement to keep courses updated, meet organizational needs and comply with the relevant National Aviation Authorities

Requirements
* Possess a recognized Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business studies/Administration/Management/or equivalent
* At least 5-10 years working experience in the aviation industry, particularly as a Front-line officer. Experience in training will be an added advantage.
