Position Performance Improvement Executive
Work Location LCC Terminal, Sepang

Responsibilities
Assist to deploy Continuous Improvement (CI) Program and develop quality improvement initiatives and change related to operational effectiveness in AirAsia.
Lead, facilitate and execute cross functional/ breakthrough improvement projects using the contemporary process and quality improvement methods such as lean, six sigma, quality control circle, etc.
Facilitate and support project teams to ensure project teams understand the practical application of process improvement tools and deliver the desired results.
Assist to manage a portfolio of CI projects and the deployment of CI program. Assist to monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes of the projects and overall program.
Track, monitor and assess Company’s KPIs, metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Actively recommend changes as needed to improve operational processes and customer satisfaction.
Support functional key process owners in understanding relevant processes and identifying significant project opportunities.
Assist to develop and roll out CI program deployment initiatives including training plan, communication plan, program management tools and change management plan.


Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum two (2) years experience in Quality Improvement, Process Improvement, Business Transformation, or project management with practical knowledge in some quality tools.
Experience or knowledge in process improvement methodologies such as lean, six sigma and statistical tools is desirable.
Experience in various aspects of airline operations is an added advantage.
Possess good communication and presentation skills.
Analytical thinker.
