Position Soft Skills Instructor
Work Location AirAsia Academy,LCCT Sepang
Responsibilities
Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers
Proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Melayu
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have working knowledge and experience in: Internet Explorer; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Word; Microsoft PowerPoint; Windows Operating System.
Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people
Requirements
Possess a recognized Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business studies/Administration/Management/or equivalent
Possess a teaching Certificate TESL is prerequisite
At least 5 years working experience in the aviation/hotel or customer service industry
Experience as a corporate trainer strongly preferred.
High comfort level working in a diverse environment
Able to travel as when it is required
