Job Description
In this role you will be required to undertake a wide variety of activities including bank reconciliations, compiling a variety of reports including statistical, and end of month reports, and provide support and assistance to the team and Management.
Key accountabilities include : Prepare and maintain financial disbursement ledger for monitoring and controlling of expenditures in line with the financial management procedures, Prepare financial reports along with all relevant documents on regular basis for submission for payments / settlements, Prepare payment requests/ travel claims and ensure that all supporting documentations are attached before submission to Senior Management for signatures, Ensure strict pursuance of financial rules and regulation, maintain a system of internal audit and control in all financial transactions, facilitate external auditors in annual audits and ensure follow-up actions, and Any other field or administrative duties related to project operational activities on "as and when required" basis.

Desired Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent. 3 or more years of professional experience in a similar position preferably with an Airline. Ability to analyze and make improvement to business functions and processes to achieve organizational goals. Excellent English language communication skills. Strong aviation specific profile in either expenditure or revenue accounting Financial accounts. Ability to analyze administrative problems and make appropriate recommendations. User level experience with ERP and MS Officer (Word, Excel). Basic knowledge of either Pax or Cargo accounting.
