Lufthansa expands service to Aberdeen, Scotland

Lufthansa is expanding its services to the United Kingdom and is laying on flights to Aberdeen, its sixth UK destination in the winter schedules 2011/12. Starting on 30 October 2011, the airline will for the first time be operating thrice-daily on the route from Frankfurt, linking the major port on the east coast of Scotland with the Frankfurt hub and from there into Lufthansa's global network.

New civil aviation policy to end the isolation of the Northeast
