Air France steps up in-flight service
The carrier revealed that its passengers using any of the 12 airports in France could benefit from new self-service kiosks which will enable them to print their own baggage labels and avoid long queues.

The carrier has also joined sister airline KLM in offering a paid-for a la carte meal service for Voyageur and Premium Voyageur passengers on long-haul flights.
Customers can select from a range of dishes including “a traditional French meal, fresh seafood, healthy organic, Italian or a special dish designed by the famous Lenotre culinary institute”.
Other initiatives include:
• paid-for baggage collection and delivery for customers using Paris CDG
• “VIP” services including chauffeur-driven transfers and “the use of a hotel room for a few hours to relax”
• An improved AVOD IFE offering, with new navigation features, and “a new more intuitive presentation of the cinema and TV sections”
