Job Description  
To cater to the entire gamut of activities associated with PAN India recruitements for the airline.
End to end recruitment.
Identifying new channels of sourcing

Ensure closure of positions within TAT.

Interview candidates for all departments & positons.

Maintaing hiring calendar on monthly basis.

Co-ordinating with vendors, institutes for campus

Ensuring all pre and post recruitment activities are carried out.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relations) OR ( Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required)
MBA (HR) with minimum 5yrs of relevant experience in recuirtment and selection.
Excellent Communication skills and personality
Smart and confident lady
Exposure to bulk hiring
Extensive travelling PAN India for recruitment.
Good foresight and analytical ability
Ability to work under pressure
Team Player
