To ensure and validity of all training of cabin attendants as per the current and approved cabin attendant training programme in compliance with regulatory authority.
To conduct cabin attendant Ab-initio, annual recurrent training and all other training pertaining to SEP and cabin safety.
To formulate and implement training programs.
Issuance of safety Circulars to the cabin attendants as required.
Carry out the checks of cabin attendants.
To ensure that all aids ( audio & visual), manuals as well as extra material viz handouts etc. are replicated and distributed and recorded as per requirement.
Accompanying of trainees for all the drill trainings conducted
The maintenance of cabin attendant training records.
Keep the department and company updated on latest CAR/ DGCA additions and rules
Liaison with the Quality Assurance Department for ATR and other requirements.
To conduct SEP training for cabin attendants & deck crew, audit flight for cabin safety
To maintain currency of all cabin attendants SEP license and maintain SEP records.
To under take check flight as required to current crew SEP license.

Desired Candidate Profile
(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) OR (PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required) OR ( Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)
Graduate Degree in any stream wth mini 7 yrs of flying experience.
Senior Cabin Crew / Inflight Manager / CCIC on papers (offical letter issued by current airline).
Good Communication Skills.
Strong presentation & training skills
Depth knowledge about the SEP Training.
