  • Imparting training on Customer Service to new hire & existing employees.
  • Developing training processes on customer service quality systems. Determining training needs through effective training need analysis & conduct training programs to enhance quality of customer service operations.
  • Imparting trainings on Art & Technique of suave interaction, telephone etiquettes, business letter writing skills, soft skills & behavioural skills.
  • Providing a platform for building outstanding organizational skills, creativity, public relations and an ability to consistently exceed customer expectation. 
  • Proven ability of providing training on value-added customer service & and achieving desired results by providing customized training as per requirements. 
  • Exposure to the problem solving model and components of critical thinking through practical exercises and case studies.
  • Identifying potential areas for grooming through regular assessments. 
  • Mentoring various teams to develop & bring out abilities as per requirements.
  • Designing very effective soft-skills modules pertaining to communication, cross culture, ethics and etiquette modules.
  • Conduct formal walk-through of training materials and make revisions with course development, as necessary
  • Participate in training design sessions with course development team
  • To initiate changes in future training session as per the updates in the training material.
  • Work closely with trainers to develop classroom delivery strategies including multi-media preparation
  • Adapt developed classroom agenda, timelines and content flow as necessary to deliver effective training to employees
  • Maintain updated training materials and drafting training notes

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) OR (PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization) AND ( Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)
Bachelors degree in any stream with minimum 3 years of experience in the role of  Customer Service Trainer in a leading airline.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Must have proficiency with various software application programs including Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team
Ability to work a flexible schedule. Willing to travel.
Should be an excellent peoples person and should possess good man management skills.
Working Location  - Gurgaon
