Desired Candidate Profile
Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) OR (PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization) AND ( Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required) Bachelors degree in any stream with minimum 3 years of experience in the role of Customer Service Trainer in a leading airline. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Must have proficiency with various software application programs including Microsoft Word, and Excel. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
